Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be negotiated in good faith for 15 days. If unresolved, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding ad hoc arbitration in Bengaluru, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.
